Love the store, have been a frequent shopper of Francesca's for years but unfortunately it is stores like this one that make you never want to go there again and support the company. The employees and managers there are horrible. They don't greet you when you walk in, last time I was there I was the only person in the store and none of the three women working said hello or asked if I needed help..instead they shopped for themselves and talked about their weekend plans! Not only is it rude that they didn't seem to care to help..but they made me feel uncomfortable to be in there at all. I literally left without buying anything because of their horrible attitudes. It really is a shame that such a poorly run store is potentially pushing away shoppers.

Weird kind of store. Good prices but the product quality just wasn't there for me. Had some pretty things.

Francesca's is usually my go to for dresses for formal occasions, but the service at this store was unlike that of any of the ones I've been to before. I've been to at least 5 Francesca's stores in 3 different states and usually the sales representatives are extremely polite and eager to help. At this store there appeared to be 4 representatives, only one of which was not standing in a circle around the register discussing their personal holiday plans in the middle of the crowded store. Along with that, usually after about two minutes of holding a piece of clothing someone will come up to you and offer to take them and put them aside in a dressing room for you. At this store I was holding at least 5 dresses for what must've been at least 15 minutes before the one representative that wasn't talking spotted me and offered to put them in a dressing room. About 5 minutes later I went to the dressing rooms expecting to see my dresses nicely hung up, as has always been done at every Francesca's I've been too. It then took another 10 minutes before we were able to find a sales representative to ask where the dresses were, only to then have to wait yet another 5 minutes to find a different representative holding the dresses and putting them away. With what looked like a glare I was handed back the dresses and told she had only put away one. She then didn't offer to retrieve the dress she put away and began walking back to where she was previously standing in the circle and gossiping with the other representatives. Having been a fan of Francesca's for several years I did not expect this kind of both rude and poor service. Should I decide to return to Francesca's I will definitely not be returning to this one.

I went in to shop for Christmas gifts and a few things for myself. I have had the pleasure of shopping in a few Francesca's prior. And at first I was really pleased with the attention to customer service but, it became really evident rather quickly, that they were going out of there way to monitor theft. I was beyond disappointed. The icing on the cake was the employee standing outside the dressing room curtain the entire time. I strongly recommend Francesca's but I'd go to the others in the area that make you feel like a valued customer and not a criminal. I'd rate this Francesca's a zero if I could.
