Got hit by one of their workers a couple years ago right down the block. Rookie made an illegal u turn into my wife and I. We never got so much as an apology and had to pay put out of pocket close to 7 grand . The post office doesn't carry insurance. We have a toddler who was only 6 months at the time. This financial burden has put a serious strain on us. And like I said, never even an apology.
Excellent service and great delivery service!
I live in Toms River and drive to this post office for all my postal needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, the electronic postage machine works 24/7 in the lobby.
The staff is really friendly and quick. The biggest challenge at this post office are the clients. They are generally slow to pay and move around.nnThe employees have helped me save money buy suggesting cheaper ways to ship my items. I have not seen any other post office take the time to do this!
The parking lot can be a little difficult to get into from the opposite side of the street. It is on a main road. They have a large lobby. The staff is friendly. There is handicapped parking available and a handicapped entrance.
