This is regarding the woman “Elena” in the office. She is horrible. She treats me terribly usually every time I see her. And I am not the only person with whom she behaves this way towards. I must have my rent re-evaluated every year, and every year, she makes me feel as if I am worthless, and negligent in turning in all the needed paperwork into the housing authority (and its A LOT of paperwork). I am disabled, and I have no car, so it’s very difficult for me to run around everywhere collecting paperwork from medical offices and pharmacies. NO ONE should be treated the way she has treated me.
