Gladstone DMV

By far this was the easiest DMV visit ever. Make an appointment, check in, take a number and my number was called 2mins later!! The gal caught an error made on a different car of ours than the new one I was in for and fixed and didn't charge me for a replacement title. She was so kind and helpful!!!

I went to the Gladstone DMV to get a new license. Scheduling appointments ahead of time are a must and a welcome change. I was scheduled for 12.20pm and arrived 5 min before my time.nnThere is a social distancing line outside with a DMV staff member checking ppl in. I was asked to identify myself and was promptly allowed to enter the building. I still had to grab a ticket and wait but it took about 10 minutes before my number was called.nnI was in and out of my appointment within 30 min. I was also recommended to get the real ID for future travel. Just make sure you bring the appropriate paperwork with you ahead of time. I saw one fellow forget his social security card/passport so he couldn't get his license renewed.nnOverall the new way of setting an appointment was a very efficient way to go to the DMV.

Very organized and efficient... one of the best DMV's I've ever been to. In and out in no time at all.

Although things are by appointment only. I needed to get my handicap plack, I was able to get it in about 20 minutes. They were so helpful with this situation.

The Covid-19 restrictions made the experience way better actually. I feel like DMV should be by appointment only on the future.
