Dana is an amazing human being. I was doing some work, glazing a spot on my bathtub. Unfortunately I got the putty ALL IN my wedding band. I thought it was a goner. Dana spent hours cleaning it and it looks more beautiful than it has in a long time. She didn't even charge me. I highly recommend Dana for any jewelry needs!!!!! My wife's mother had left her a combination engagement/wedding ring that needed repair. We brought this to the store and a problem developed while the ring was in the possession of John's jeweler - it got lost.nnTo his credit, John immediately offered to make restitution but the ring itself, as you can imagine, meant so much more. First time in 35 years that this has happened to John (don't worry - at this rate the next time this happens it will be 2050 or later).nnMiraculously though, the ring turned up a few months later! The jeweler found it in his pocket on the ski slope! What happened next is the important part.nnWhen my wife went to pick up the ring she was thrilled to see her ring looking better than ever. Anybody would've been over the top at this point but John went above and beyond by not only doing the repair for free but also giving my wife a gorgeous bracelet as a gift.nnThis guy is a class act. This store is highly recommended. Tell this story to a friend.
I brought a mothers ring in to have stone replaced. It came back mounted a bit messy and after 6mths stone fell out. Very disappointed. It wasn't cheap repair

This Store is a rip off. I had a pair of earrings repaired and they broke a week later after 1 time using them. I paid a good amount of money to repair them with a 1 year warranty and they will not make good for it. The owner was very nasty and disrespectful to myself and my wife after going to this store for almost 20 years. Not a good way to do business after being loyal to his establishment for over 20 years. Please do not get scammed by buying or having jewelry repaired by this place.
