Terry was delightful to work with and was able to find and book the perfect flights for my international travel.

I wanted to make a 2000+ miles roundtrip travel plans with a local business to visit family back home. Spoke to the owner twice, nice and helpful. But often, no one picked up the phone, and only returned one phone call from the few messages I left. A phone appointment was not kept. And the second person, Sharon, was very unwelcoming, at first. Kind of startling considering this was our first conversation, and I was requesting follow up information. I ultimately have to make my own travel plans online since they proved to be uncommunicative, by not returning my calls.

my experience has been-- how to say it -- unparalleled...beyond the call of duty... awesome... Terry has saved my butt from many a travel disaster. Her sage and considered travel tips are also at my beck and call. Even now, in the midst of India's currency crisis, and even with unreliable Internet connection, I can contact her by phone to fill in missing pieces, or handle a change of travel plans.
