I have been a customer at Midway cleaners for twenty-three years now, and I will always be a customer! Everyone there is friendly, professional, has a fantastic sense of humor, and they do top-quality work, whether it's cleaning, altering, or sewing on patches. Horrible experienced at Midway Dry Cleaners. The jeans my wife dropped off were never completed after over a week and when I picked up the jeans we were given a pair of Gap jeans not the 7's my wife dropped off. Good luck to Midway Dry Cleaners yelling in another language regarding a customer is not professional.
I was just yelled at because I tried to pick up shirts that weren't ready yet. I've never been treated so poorly by someone and after I get my shirts I will never be back to this cleaners. I understand that everyone has an off day, but the way I was talked to/yelled at is truly uncalled for. Sad, because they were always so nice before and even made it a point to say hi to my daughter who is always with me.
