Absolutely nasty! The laundromat is far from clean and taken care of. There are signs that mention going next door if in need of assistance, but they were closed. The washers are full of filth like hair, chucks of sentiment, dirt and other unmentionables. Floors have trash all over. The machines are smelly from previous users and definitely not cleaned.

My first time using the laundry mat was on Saturday. I found it to be very clean . I needed some help and I went next door to the dry cleaners and They lady that was working , she has blonde hair . She greeted me with a smile in a warm greeting. She was more than willing to help me. She answered all my questions. She came over a few times to make sure that everything is okay and clean. She spoke to everyone that came in. She told us that she would be right next door, if we needed anything. I want to thank her for All of her help. I have told all of my friends about this place. Great prices. The lady went the extra mile to rush my winter jacket during the winter so I was only without it a day. Very kind and gracious in our interaction. A white lady fluent in English and easy to understand. Which I appreciate. And did I mention great prices?

I have mixed reviews on this company. I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned after my wedding. My plan was to pass it on to my daughter. It was a gorgeous dress. I got a call that it was done and went and picked it up. It was in its dress bag and I was wrong in not opening the bag to view it. I took it home and when I opened the bag, my dress was PINK. I called them and they said “well we thought it looked a little pink..bring it back in and we will see what we can do”. I am not impressed that they would not have told me there was a problem when I picked it up. But I took it back in, and they got some out but it was still a pale pink in some areas. So they kept it to have a “specialist” look at it to do it again. I went back in again and it was still pink. They did offer to pay for the dress - but I was out the money for the alterations I’d had done to it before my wedding as well as the cleaning bill (during which it was ruined). My daughter now has no dress for me to pass down to her, and I am out hundreds of dollars from the alterations and cleaning. So my review on this company is three stars because 1. My dress was ruined, but 2. They did at least pay for my dress. However - they kept my dress to take to a consignment shop so they make even more money. I won’t be using this company ever again.
