Good customer service. My twin 7-year old daughters had their ears pierced here.nThe two women who helped us were very patient and were able to Pierce both ears at the same time for each girl!

I literally never leave reviews, like ever unless it’s an exceptional experience. This review will be my first completely negative review. Do not go here, please, they will add insurance by default regardless of whether or not you ask for it. On top of this, my chain broke as I took it off my neck the following night, I spent over 400 on a necklace that literally snapped as I took it off the following night, do yourself a favor and bring your business across to another spot. Ex (Fred Meyers jewelers across the way) I never ever ever leave bad reviews I love supporting little spots like this versus online considering I am in sales as well but there Is literally 00000 guarantee on their products. DO NOT GO HER DO NOT GO HERE learn from me.
