Suzanne and Melinda Kassab (Vice President) we’re super friendly, very helpful, and made me feel I chose the right spot to buy a engagement ring for the big decision in my life. Even though they knew I wasn’t going to buy anything that day, the help and service was awesome! They were helpful on explaining exactly what to chose in the diamonds showed the differences between them and all the bands and settings I could chose and were very helpful when I came to custom designing the Engagement ring for my girlfriend and my future fiancé. When the day comes I’m definitely 100% coming back to buy the ring from them and definitely will keep coming to buy more jewelry from them!!! Their price are great and I can’t stop, THE SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you Melinda and Suzanne I’ve definitely found my jewelers!

Bought wedding band and engagement ring a couple of yrs ago. Purchased insurance on both rings. Have lost diamonds out of band and prongs have bent multiple times on engagement ring was told it was because I wore it to bed and my sheets did it. Plus they charged me to repair prongsnHighly disappointed.

Love the selection of jewelry they have and amazing customer service. Highly recommend and was very pleased. Only took a couple hours to repair and resize some rings! The jewelers there are awesome, hands down. Thank you for a great experience.

As always they were amazing I've been going here since they were downstairs at the mall granted I haven't bought a ton of jewelry from them but over the past few decades every time I have bought something from them they have been the most honest the quickest and of the highest quality of anybody I've ever tried to deal with today was no exception went in with a friend who had what he thought were pearl earrings they ended up being costume they were not snooty they were very kind showed pearls to replace them in different price ranges and clean the necklace for him he was amazingly happy just as I am every time I've dealt with them to coin a phrase they're the guy when you want something that's quick honest easy and fairly priced this is the place
