Our experience with WFG was great. They are so easy to work with and really take control of the process allowing the home buyer (in our case) to worry about other things. Everyone in the office is so friendly and understanding while maintaining the utmost in professionalism. The closing was very easy, too. We can't say enough good things about them.

Poor communication and NO transparency. We did not receive our funds for four days after two attempted trips to their office. Multiple people in this office with contradictory information. The seller is definately not treated as a customer. At a time when we were in a very limited time window and stressful move this office made things much worse and cost us money to reschedule activities. We realize the seller doesn't have much say in the process but I would definitely advise to use another company. We have closed on 8 houses in our lifetime and this was by far and away the worst. Reached out multiple times after closing to find out why we weren't funded when they promised but with no answers. When they finally answered nothing but excuses and contradictory information. They have a simple job and they do it poorly with way too many layers.
