Very unprofessional, communication is a joke, and unlawfully denying claims to benefit theirselves.

Inept, unprofessional, deceitful, unconcerned... I could go on and on. I've been in contact with this company since June how 2019 it is now January 2nd 2020 and the matter has yet to be settled. I've been told three times that the check has been mailed out, he had no chick has ever arrived. I keep being told that we can cancel and reissue. I still haven't received the canceled check to be discarded. NOTHING!! Just being jerked around since I signed the settlement letter.
