Micheal Hotchkiss and staff have been amazing to deal with. I am not an easy customer. Micheal Hotchkiss Farmers Insurance provides insurance for our 3 cars, 2 homes and 4 rentals. I have had floods in 2 houses, several fender benders. It is when difficulties arise that Mike and his staff have stepped in and gone way above and beyond. I mostly work with Kathy and Mike although all the staff have I have worked with have been great. I call them for all my insurance questions including those related to my mom who lives out of state and is not insured by Micheal Hotchkiss Farmers Insurance. I give Kathy and Mike a 20 on a scale of 0 to 10. Could not recommend them more highly. We have had our insurance with Micheal Hotchkiss since the late 1980's.

Mike and team have insured our vehicles and house for over thirty years. He's personable, caring, and knowledgeable. I hope to have him as our agent for another thirty.

Never returns calls. Was very rude when we finally did get a hold of him. Would not recommend. Cancelled our Insurance because of him and hes still charging us.
