I was previously with Progressive insurance for over a decade and was very hesitant to switch, but when my partner and I bought a house together we decided to have a policy review and I am so glad I did. For the last 5 years Randy has been my go-to agent for everything, and I'm happy to say I have every possible policy with him. Not only do I get an amazing relationship discount, Randy is sincerely the most attentive and responsive agent I have ever dealt with. I would go as far to say that not only is he the best insurance agent I've ever dealt with, he has provided me the best customer service I've ever had in ANY customer service industry. I cannot recommend Randy enough for all of your insurance needs. He makes doing busy so easy that you wish every other client service relationship could be that easy!

I've been with this agency for 36 years and theyve always treated me right. This week when I needed my car towed they helped me find a tow truck company that was close to where I was located so I was able to get towed within 15 minutes of making my call.
