My wife and I heard about this place through someone in our neighborhood. We never have done floor re-finishing prior to coming here. They were super friendly and guided us through the process and showed us how to use the equipment. We rented the gear for 1 day (and got the bonus of having it over the weekend), and bought all of the supplies here and followed their instructions and our floors turned out great. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
