First off the install guys Steph and Justin were great! Very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Buying the tub at Haven was a great experience with Jason Friederick as our sales contact. Once we bought the tub though we were sort of left in the dark. With the current pandemic it’s understandable that the hot tub got delivered 19-20 weeks after the order was placed even though we were told 8-10 but being left in the dark with no information was a real bummer. I did manage to get in touch with Jason to get someone to inspect my yard to help with hot tub placement and leveling process. That was really helpful and made for an easy install when the hot tub arrived. When the hot tub showed up, it was the wrong color and the main control screen was cracked. They are replacing the screen and for the color mistake were offered a discount or a replacement skirt and cover with the right color at some unknown time. We decided to take the discount as it looks good with our decor outside. That could have been worse. All and all I feel the communication part could have been better but with everything being as crazy with hot tub orders in this unprecedented situation I give them a 3.5 to 4. Some mistakes but they are making it right. Thanks Haven Spa

From the moment we walked into the door, Kirk really listened to what we were looking for and answered every question we could throw at him. We walked away feeling confident that we made the right choice, not only in the spa we purchased, but also with choosing Haven. When it was time to have the spa delivered, Steph and Justin took their time and were extremely careful and deliberate with their work. After the spa was placed and the attachments were assembled, they gave me a comprehensive and thorough walk through of what I needed to do to get the tub up and running. Once again, they answered every question I could think of and were patient with me while I stumbled through the learning process. If you are thinking about buying a spa or pool from a big box retailer, DON’T! Haven Spa Pool & Hearth have competitive prices, their customer service is second to none, and they really do treat you like family.

We would like to thank Haven Spa Service team for their prompt and courteous attention to fixing our pool heater. Kelly slipped me into the schedule and the tech, Kyle, was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. Everything about our dealings with your company was terrific.
