I ordered my cabinets through CFM. This was my first kitchen remodel with lots of reservations on design and measuring. DANIEL BIRCH was assigned to my project. My advice to all is to seek out DANIEL for any advice. His insights, professionalism, and accountability is second to none. His personal customer service was fully natural and unprovoked. To me, he took a tremendous amount of the stress out of the project. My background is sales and business management. I would recommend Dan to any organization/individual based on his well rounded approach. The project was completed per his vision with expectations fulfilled. I would recommend Daniel to all.

Contract Furnishings Mart is such a valuable resource to local contractors and designers. I represent ReCraft Home Remodeling. We consistently use CFM, Daniel Birch and Kara Thomas specifically, for cabinetry, tile, and flooring needs. Their responsiveness and OUTSTANDING customer service far exceeds service I receive from any one showroom. They are knowledgeable, great with clients, and understand the ins and outs of construction. From the selection to coordinating the builder purchase and delivery all interaction with Karla and CFM was excellent. The selection and pricing was very good. I used CFM to find the perfect cabinets for my master bathroom and boy did I hit the jackpot. Daniel is incredible and listened to what I was looking for and helped me find juts such. A kind, energetic person to say the least.nnWhen the cabinets arrived I had a few minor issues and he was there to walk me through and make sure I got it taken care of. Highly recommend for all your remodel needs.

I have tried this cfm twice, and both times walked away incredibly frustrated and angry. The first time we went we were looking for counter tops and were told they only carried high end items and we wouldn’t find what we were looking for. (I had asked them to explain the differences between quartz and granite). They had no idea what my budget was, but told me in a condescending manner they didn’t have anything for me.nLuckily the cfm in Gresham was amazing! They took their time to explain things to me and let me take home samples.nThis cfm is closest to my house so I tried again today hoping I had just caught their sales associate on a bad day. I was looking for tile around my fireplace. They refused to get out of their chairs and show me anything and instead said what I had in my hand was my only option. I continued to look on my own and found several more options but didn’t feel comfortable going back to someone who was so short with me before.nCfm can be great, but skip this location at all costs. Instead drive out to Gresham where you will be greeted by friendly people who are helpful and kind!
