Called with a few questions regarding tubs and as a complete newbie, I was met with incredible service and hospitality. Had all my questions and concerns addressed and actually feel like my business is valued. Gained a lifetime customer for sure.

Didn't listen to me on the phone. I asked for a specific product with a specific active ingredient. Drove from Beaverton only to find out what they had was a different product with a different active ingredient. Thanks for the waste of time.

If your in need of a fire place spa or swim spa, this is the place to go! We've purchased 3 spas from this location over the years along with other things and everytime the customer service is excellent. Friendly and experienced staff withvlots of show spas and pellet stoves to see in person. They deliver if desired and have good warranties too. Very satisfied every time.
