Had IBI instal 1000 sq feet of flooring and new cabinets and counter. From start to finish they kept me informed and advised on all aspects of the remodel. They worked with our schedule and took every precaution during the covid pandemic. The work is top notch! These guys dont take shortcuts. Outstanding work for a excellent price. They are and will continue to be my go to for all my construction needs.
Poor communication - little-to-no response from sales team after months of inquiries and attempts to get estimate.nUnethical practices - no transparencynnI feel like I dodged a bullet by not being able to move forward with a remodel, but this company is an example as to why so many people don't trust contractors.
Be warned about this company. They will take your money and will not do work for years. They will lie to your face and tell you it costs more than originally expected, charge you more, and you will not see anything for your money. They will do zero work unless you chase them multiple times. We have been waiting for years and still no work has begun.You will lose money. Go elsewhere.
