Price is very reasonable for the level of enjoyment they offer. The theme of the aquarium is also a high point; I’m not sure how I can describe it other than Aquatic Caribbean.nnPictures won’t do justice for how big some fishes are. Made me curious as to how they’d taste.nnThe admission is valid for the whole day, not for that individual visit.nnStaff was great, they were kind.

Great, friendly staff. Plenty to see for such a small place and you can tell they take good care of the animals. We visited in Summer 2020 and were very happy to see they take social distancing and safety seriously. People who rate this place down because they have a hard time following basic safety rules during covid-19 cannot be taken seriously and should really be ashamed of themselves. There is a designated time window before regular visiting hours to accommodate persons with special needs, which may not have been advertised well enough.

My toddler loved the aquarium! The staff was great. Knowledgeable, welcoming, and following all CDC coronavirus recommendations. It's clean and well laid out with an easy flow. My 2 1/2 yr old spent a lot of time watching the sharks. Nobody hurried us and the staff was even helpful about what angles give the best photos. Visit during the off season! You won't regret it!

My husband and I visited on a Friday afternoon during the off-season. Facilities very clean, hand sanitizer everywhere and lots of social distancing practices in place. We felt very safe. The exhibits are super cool - especially the shark tank. Our favorite part by FAR was visiting the seals. We encountered a wonderful staff member, Chip, who told us the stories of how those two fabulous ladies came to live in Point Pleasant. He was informative and fun! Thank you so much, Chip! We loved hanging out with you and the seals! We didn’t see the sloth, I think he was on a field trip. No worries, still tons to see and read! Definitely worth the cost of a ticket to keep a place like this afloat during these tough times. The penguins are adorable. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend for all ages!

First time visiting since everything was shut down was a blast! We were reminded to distance ourselves, there were plenty of stations for hand sanitizing, and the building was air-conditioned nicely so wearing your mask inside wasn't a source of sweat and discomfort. The aquarium itself has continued to be nothing short of breathtaking and their wide variety of beautiful aquatic life is still stunning. We do miss the ability to pet the stingrays however we understand the need to limit interaction. Still a great place to visit and we will be returning soon!!
