Shawn Mullen and the other two firemen were great on 8/23/18. My house flooded and since we just moved in days before the leak, we didn’t have the tools handy to shut the water off from the street. So Shawn and the other guys came with a turn key to shut off the water for me.nnI would give a better review if the dispatch woman hadn’t raised her voice or hung up on me. I was stressed but was polite, I’ve worked in high stress jobs and know that the dispatch employees have a tough time. Unfortunately this person was not empathetic and did not display an ability to be patient or kind to citizens in need.
