Been shopping here since moving to the area about 6 years ago. They've always been awesome. Some of the girls have been around a long time and they are great at what they do! Happy to see the store getting back to business and surviving this mess!

So so selection of Xbox One games. One of 3 customers in the store. Wasn't greeted by anyone and reaffirmed why I generally tend to buy physical copies of my games from eBay or Amazon. Not an exceptional shopping experience.

I was looking for consol, and the guy who's help me out was so nice!, and He know about what talking about...great experience! Thank You so much.

My experience in the store was fine it was after I'm very frustrated and disappointed with. I purchased 4 Steam gift cards for a gift. The same day the person I gave them to tried to use them and it came up that the cards had been used. After trying to call the store over and over again for over a half hour I called another location. They proceeded to tell me I had to deal with the card company, that game stop had nothing to do with it. Offered no assistance. Personally I feel the responsibility is on them. They took my money and sold me an invalid product. I have emailed Steam card and am waiting to hear back but from other reviews it takes a long time to get a response. Shame on you Game Stop. I will never shop there again. Nice only goes far if you only care about getting the sale.
