Absolutely worst and most appalling customer service experience today provided by Gigi. One of the worst attitudes i have ever seen in a tmobil rep.Without ever going into my account to check she insisted my screen protector was a PureGear. When I pointed out that it was a GoTo she refused to check and then went on to refuse to service my account. As a former QA supervisor for companies like Citi, Language Line and IBM to name a few I can say I have seen my fair share of poor customer service but there is no way this person would EVER get to keep her job with the service skills she showed tonight. Verizon is about to welcome a new family to their database after about a decade of having been with Tmobil thanks to Gigi.

The worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. disconnected my wife's phone completely ported my son's phone to the wrong number and then made no excuses and made us wait another 45 minutes when they fixed their mistake.

I rarely leave reviews but today I felt that the customer service here was so bad that a negative review to the max was warranted.nnStore associate was super unhelpful because I came in with phone lines already activated for the smart watches I was hoping to buy. Apparently I'm no good to them unless I activate a phone and contribute to their commissions/bonuses/performance. She told me they were out of stock and that she didn't know anything about the stock of other stores, even though that is well within something she is capable of researching (customer service?). I ended up calling across the street to the other store where the nice gentleman over there spent the time to search inventory of all the nearby stores.

these are the most incopentent people i have ever delt with..phone had a charging problem , said i had to call the assurent insurannce i have. spent 3 days of phone tag to find out the t mobile store has to take care of this this..ni went to the store in oakgrove and they were pro,s in less than a half hour it was taken care of i recieved my replacement in 2 days..

Amazing customer service! Went inside to see if we can make a change in our plan and Ivan truly assisted us by seeing what other offers are available. He took the time to assist and explain which makes an awesome sales rep.
