Three months ago I bought a TV from the Clackamas Video Only. The staff and set-up were excellent. Last week due to operator error I had a problem with the sound I couldn't fix it despite checking every button and setting I could find. Called Video Only and they spent 20 minutes diagnosing the problem and walking me through the steps to correct it. Couldn't be happier with their service after the sale. Be smart and buy local at Video Only.
