Went in to get a ring before Christmas. Was told it could be sized and just needed to come back which I did. I was told it would take about 1 week to size. After two weeks and hearing nothing I called to follow up. They said it would take another week. After that week had to call again and was told they were trying to figure out what happened. After not getting return calls, called back and asked what was going on. They then explain while sizing the ring it broke and they were looking for a replacement. Ok, things happen, wish they were proactive and called me. Waiting now another week and half, no news and no calls about what’s going on. Call back and speak to owner Chris who says they were still trying to find a replacement. I asked for a refund which he said would be granted. I explained all I wanted was information back and returning my phone calls. He then goes on to explain that they never should have told me they could size the ring and this is the problem with the people of Tuckerton. They will never be happy which is why I’m moving store to manahawkin. I love the town and enjoy supporting local businesses. I would urge folks of Tuckerton to shop elsewhere if your business is not appreciated.
Always very polite & helpful! Love when the kids are there, feels like a close family atmosphere! They are always interested in the antique religious items I bring in sumtimes & I enjoy looking around at the beautiful items in their LEH store! I will always shop there!

Great service and very friendly. Chris is a great guy and knows what he is doing. My wedding was perfect because of my rings and jewelry he designed for me. 100% completely satisfied. Definitely recommend everyone check him out.
