Very unprofessional and unethical staff. They literally just make things up as they go. They have little understanding of their own policy. “Mr Soto” is extremely rude and “Mr Moda” is lacking in basic comprehension skills. The only respectful people at this place are the security guards.

The heavy women with the tattoos at the front desk was VERY rude to me and other patrons. I had joked with her and did not realize that was not allowed. So much for working for decades and having my first official SS visit. She would not survive in the private sector. If you hate your job that much, spare us, retire. Applied online. I will follow up.

U don't have to wait that long, the staff member treat you as family, very professional.

Worst service ever!!!! Waited 3 hours and I had an appointment. Another time waited 6 hours!!!!! Even though the office was empty of people. They don’t wanna work especially people in back office.
