Wish I can rate it 0 stars. DO NOT USE Tom's River location. You will regret it. Worth every extra minute and effort to choose a different location. Workers there are so rude and nasty.nI'm 57 years old and never before did I have such a horrible experience with anyone. So so unpleasant and rude people. Go to Tom's River MVC if you enjoy the workers screaming and yelling at you with a terrible negative attitude. On a side note, I waited on line for over 4 hours and when my turn arrived, they tell me I don't have enough documents handy when I really did. I left to a different location and everything went smooth.nThey should learn how to run a business with social distancing guidelines.nBe smart and learn from others mistakes
Check online before going because all they keep saying is if it doable on line then they don't do it here!?!!;?!
If you get there early 7-8:00am you are good. It moves fast. You are given a number slip. You write your cell phone number on it and they will text you when it is your turn. You will then have to go in to the facility and conduct your transaction. I know for sure they do license renewal there.
go to the dmv at 8:30 am. the line was very long but it was moving pretty fast. The lady handing out numbers was very informative! we put our phone number on the ticket and they sent out 4 text by the 3rd one we had to be back in line. that was very convenient to us bc we have a baby who needs to eat every 2 hours. once inside the ladies were very helpful and understanding , we got out at 12:30 !! Get there early and make sure to bring all your Documents !
