Had a great experience when I called Consumer Affairs about a landscaper who owed me 200.00 for a job he never did but was paid in full for. After numerous calls and emails and letters by mail to this landscaper, he complety blew me off. I called Consumers and within 1 wk I had my 200.00 back and an apology letter from the landscape. Of course his letter was just to get himself out of trouble. So very pleased with how efficient and quick Consumer Affairs was in helping me get my money back. Thank you Consumer Affairs

Absolutely horrible and worse experience ever the investigator Paul gave me attitude for following up with my complaint saying that was considered harassment against the person I was complaining about. Paul is only about helping the people who will screw you over
