I don’t understand why this place has such a high rating. I had a terrible experience with some of the employees. They rushed me and did not speak to me appropriately. They kept interrupting me when I spoke. I decided to never go there again because they spoke down to me and did not process my papers without asking for unneeded documentation. In addition, I spoke to them in English but one of the ladies kept speaking to me in Spanish after I kept speaking in English which is beyond rude. She couldn’t even properly speak it. She also kept talking to me about her opinions about things on my personal documents which is out of line. This place is not good. They gave me a hard time so I ended up leaving and getting my passport elsewhere. If you want to go somewhere nice with amazing employees, I suggest going to Monmouth County Connection. It is a larger space, kid friendly, and has excellent service. They are straight to the point and keep the process simple.

Renewed my passport here. Quick process and for a small charge they will also take your photo. Make sure you bring your correct original documents for id and the form of payment is specific. I believe they accept checks only no credit cards! Double check the policy on payment before you make the trip down there.

Great resource to have available for various county services. Its very helpful and convenient having a place to go to in the evenings (after work) or weekends, without having to take a day off. We've done passports, I got my notary, and I'm going tonight to renew my commission. Kudos to Ocean County for having this satellite.

It would be nice to know that they stop working an hour prior to the mall closing.
