I went to Gemsmith to have a tie tac from a cherished relative made into a pendant and to rework cocktail ring stones into an everyday band. Ketti was wonderful to work with. She heard me when I said what I wanted, she communicated at every stage, and the pricing was fair and upfront. She made a rendering of how my ring would look before making the band.nI highly recommend Gemsmith Toms River.
I came here to have my mother’s old ring rhodium plated. Ketti came outside (this is during quarantine for COVID) and gave me all the information I needed to know before having my ring plated. She was very thorough and you can tell she really knows what she is doing. Ketti also cleaned the ring as well as my engagement/wedding rings. I literally don’t think my rings were that shiny when they were first purchased. Its been a couple weeks and they are still gleaming! I was beyond happy with my experience and I will be returning here for all my jewelry needs from now on. Ketti is nothing short of amazing, she’s so friendly and personable too. Highly recommend!
I needed my engagement ring resized and I could not have left my ring in better hands! My ring was well cared for, everyone was super nice and everything was done while my fiancé and I waited. The ring fits perfectly and was cleaned to better than when I first got it. I cannot recommend them enough!
Great experience! Was highly recommended to come here to re-size my ring, so I drove the 40 minutes to go here. Had a very pleasant visit with my ring being the correct size within 15 minutes. Also got to looking at wedding bands with some great recommendations! Will definitely be back when it’s time to get our bands, and would recommend that anyone come here!
Absolutely an amazing team! Professional, courteous and patient. We loved the collection of jewelry/estate jewelry. We visited GemSmith for an engagement ring and wedding bands. Both experiences were wonderful and a lot easier than expected. For wedding bands, Elaine payed special attention to facial expressions and got a sense of what we were looking for. We can't thank Elaine, Ketti and the team enough for making a stressful experience (everything wedding related) so enjoyable and simple.
