I am a Level 2 certified NRVIA inspector and I was hired by my client to perform an inspection on their brand new RV being purchased from B. Young RV in Portland, OR. An independent, unbiased inspection is certainly recommended on any used or new coach. Upon arrival they had the coach set up and ready for me to start my inspection and they were more than helpful and welcoming to assist if needed and to answer any questions I had. This is the second inspection I have performed at this location and both times they were accommodating and friendly. I can't thank them enough for their assistance and willingness to work with me on getting this inspection performed for our mutual client. THANKS!

We have had excellent service from B Young RV every time we have done business with them. Most recently was repair to our travel trailer and the gentleman in parts/service, Richard Tran, went out of his way to make sure our experience was pleasant and painless. Our repairs were done quickly, under warrantee and he maintained communication through the whole process. Got our trailer back a day sooner than expected. Well Done!

This place is outstanding, from the time you step foot in the door to the time you leave with your new Rig.. @byoungrv is the only place to buy your new Motorhome or trailer!! The entire staff is professional, kind, and very knowledgeable, Dave in Sales was awesome to deal with, Bill the GM stayed late when we just stopped by.. Dave S, and Dave on the paperwork side was fast and awesome to deal with!! Over all excellent service!! Count not me happier.. also the delivery captain Mike showed us everything we needed to know..nnThanks to the whole crew!!

Horrible experience. The sales folks I worked with initially were kind and not pushy. Overall very helpful. I selected a trailer and set an appointment about 5-6 days out. No word from them. Even contacted them to talk about the trailer. Morning that I am supposed to go inspect the trailer that I’ve put the deposit on, they don’t have me on the schedule. The sales manager calls me and informs me that my credit check had not been approved. First I had heard about it. Then proceeds to inform me that the trailer that I put a deposit on had been sold... Do not recommend supporting these guys.
