I just returned from having a minor warranty issue fixed by the service department at McLoughlin Fiat, and the service and experience was exceptional. Jon Brooks, my service advisor was very courteous and was able to work me in even though I was almost an hour late for my appointment. This is the second time that Jon has waited on me, and he is a very congenial and professional service advisor. I only needed the boot latch repaired, as it had come loose, and they not only fixed it at no charge, but they washed and vacuumed my car as well! Great job, Jon, and I'll see you in a few weeks for my oil change!

I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and the experience was the best I've had with purchasing a car. Massimo Orisini really took care of me. He was professional courteous and seemed to genuinely care about what I was looking for more so than just making a sale. When I left the car lot, I actually got more than what I anticipated. Not only did he help me find a car that I fell in love with but, he also worked with his financing team to ensure that I got the lowest interest rate and monthly payment. I live in Seattle but, the experience made the three hour drive well worth it. If you are looking to purchase a car, McLoughlin Fiat is the place to go. See Massimo and he will give you superior service and treat you like family. My money was very well spent and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Horrible experience buying my 500e. I own two Fiat 500s now and love them both but would never buy from McLoughlin again. To top it all off they emailed me 6 months after purchase trying to scam me into getting an oil change for my plug in electric which has no oil and for which the first Fiat recommended service interval is 20,000 miles or two years. Avoid!

Working with Chris was great! I really appreciate how friendly and non-pressure the whole experience was. It felt like Chris was there to get me the car I wanted at the best price possible, which is how all dealers should operate, which isn't always the case, unfortunately. Working with Aaron was also great. He got me a a super-low rate, and I was in and out of his office as quickly as possible and out on the road in my new Abarth! Again, great experience working with both and I will definitely recommend McLoughlin to anyone that's in the market for a new car.
