AMAZING! They’re the sweetest couple and I was so fortunate to have found such an amazing car company. They helped me and never gave up on me especially when presented w not the best credit. They were patient and weren’t pressuring me into buying a car for them at all, whatever I said pretty much went. I will be sending everyone searching for a car to them!! Thank you!!!!

Rick Kirby is a great person to work with, there is no b.s. and he doesn’t play the “sales game”. He came out to his lot right after I called him, gave us his best price, which was very good, and being that Kirby Auto is a Credit Union Direct Lender (CUDL); was able to get my parents set up with excellent financing, as opposed to most other wholesale lots. Would highly recommend working with Rick.

I would very much recommend kirby co. My family and i needed a reliable safe car as i was laidoff work. For a few mounths cause of civid 19 . we saw the car we liked on add.rick made a appt for us and made buying a car experience enjoyable !!! WE LOVE OUR ALTIMA!!!! THANKS RICK AND ROB!!!

We called Kirby Car because they had a car we were interested in. They didn't answer so we messaged them on Facebook. They immediately responded and acted surprised that no one answered their phone and said that they would forward it on to the management team and someone would be calling us. After waiting for about two hours we decided to drive there from Vancouver, which is about a half an hour drive. When we got there we walked onto the lot and started looking at cars. There was a guy on the lot on his cell phone so we thought he was just giving us space. When he got off the phone he started talking to us about the cars. He was really low pressure and seemed honest. Then we figured out that he didn't even work there! He was a customer! He said that they told him that they didn't have time to help him. We were there for a good 15 minutes and we never saw an actual employee except for looking out of the office. They knew we were on our way because we called (that time they actually answered) for directions when we were almost there. They saw us talking to the other customer and didn't even come outside. This was in the middle of the day on a Saturday! I have never had such an experience at a dealership. Total waste of time. This place clearly doesn't want to help it's customers. I will never go back there.
