I had the best experience trading in my current vehicle and purchasing a new one at Enterprise Car Sales. Andy with Enterprise, did a great job helping my wife and I pick out the right car for our family. Everyone we interacted with at the office was helpful and made sure we were taken care of. We left feeling really good about our purchase and will be back again and highly recommend their services!

Amazing customer service. Easiest car buying process I’ve ever experienced. I asked them to have the paperwork and financing completed before I drove from eugene so I didn’t have to waste anytime sitting around or fiddling with the price. They told had me financed and paperwork ready when I arrived. The location is clean and the staff was super easy to work with. Thank you enterprise for making the process so seamless!

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Our sales person, Shannon, was amazing! She listened to what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction immediately. There was a great selection of cars available, all with low millage and reasonably priced. The whole experience was pleasant and we love our new car! I would highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales to everyone I know.

At first, I was extremely pleased with this experience. When I went in to purchase the 2017 Chevy Cruze, everyone was friendly and attentive. I was in and out of the dealership pretty fast with what I thought was a reliable car that would not give me any problems - at least for a while. After all, that was the whole reason I was there buying another car - I needed to be able to get to work without the numerous issues I was having with my old car. I drove off the lot an hour later with the car. The next day the service tire monitor system indicator lit up. I contacted the person that sold me the car (Christian) and let him know. He said the car probably just needs air in the tires. I put air in the tires. It didn't need much as they were only about a pound or less off. The light is still there. After about a week, the check engine light came on. Again, I let Christian know. He said to take it to Firestone or someplace where they will diagnose and give the codes. I did that and let him know what codes I received. By now, all the friendliness and checking in on me has faded. I emailed the manager and let her know. She basically just apologized and referred me back to Christian. He gave me the number to the warranty department and recommended to go to Carr Buick to have them look at it. Long story short, I show up here and they are trying to charge me $150 for a diagnosis on a car that I already had diagnosed and Christian and his buddies have basically said adios at this point and left me hanging to figure this out on my own now that they've sold the car to me. I'm extremely disappointed because I wanted to believe in this dealership. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I was in and out of the dealership pretty quickly. But now I have the headache of having to come out of my pocket on a car that I have only had for about 3 weeks.nnUpdate - after I left this review, Shannon - the manager at the dealership contacted me and offered me some assistance with the issues I was having with the car. She contacted Carr Buick and arranged for me to take the car in at the expense of Enterprise. I was provided with a rental while I waited for my car to be repaired. They had my car for about a week. I got it back 10/22/20. It seems to be running fine now, but I am just still on edge because the first few days I had it, it was fine. Hopefully there are no other issues. I'm updating because this time Shannon checked on me every step of the way. I'll update again if there's anything further.

If you're buying a car, but don't want to deal with the high pressure normal situation, go to these guys. I worked specifically with Michael Lin. I've never experienced a car sale go this smoothly. They get the best picks of their rental fleet so you get a great pick of vehicles. I'd come back for my next purchase.
