Went there to get my glasses replaced that I really loved from them. They said they don't fix them just add crystals to them and its like a company they contract to do it like I would have to contact them myself with no help from Swarovski. I said I'd buy another pair of sunglasses from them but they didn't have one pair in their store to try on. How do you not have one pair to try on if your company sells sunglasses ? I went next door to sunglass hut and bought a $400 pair of Tiffany and co polarized sunglasses that I love that have Swarovski crystals in them lol

Had a wonderful time looking at all the beautiful things. I got to pick out a ring for our Anniversary. The woman was so nice and helpful. I will be back. Love my ring. Ty David.
