Please take those bad reviews down. I went in with my items and was treated with kindness and respect and cant believe that this man who helped me could possibly be rude or mean to anyone. Very good experience. Don't let those bad reviews keep u from going in. I am very very happy i went in anyway.

The gentlemen behind the counter was very rude to me and my grandmother. He told us he was annoyed because we were asking him questions and when said we're just going to take our stuff elsewhere he thanked us for wasting his time. When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me. He has a bald gentlemen or Korean decent with glasses. Don't got to him. Don't even go to a place that will disrespect you like that.

For starters these gold places take advantage of other peoples miss fortunes and buy their precious metals for 50 cents on the dollar... But this place in particular & that chinese guy Jay, are something real special.... He's a sneak and a creep. My encounter was horrible & whats more I've heard other stories too! He tried to buy something off my friend for 1/2 the price that other gold shops pricing at... Crazy.... Michelle's Gold seemed pretty fair & friendly... P.S. I know they have to make money too... Buts lets not kick people when they are already down...
