Popcien chicken is pretty good. The spice level is just right but sprinkled unevenly, so some pieces don't have spice but others are coated heavily. Drinks only come in one size and can customize ice and sweetness. Drinks taste really fresh and pretty good. Will come back!

Great prices!! (especially for basic milk tea) -- Consistent quality of boba and tea -- Variety of flavors, cannot make any flavor blended like some places. Ah well, it's worth it for actual brewed tea instead of powder. Tasty passion fruit smoothie! ud83dudc4dud83cudffc

Does not represent Taiwan flavors. We ordered the fish balls, popcorn chicken, and minced pork rice. The chicken tasted like it was fried with old oil, it was also very dry. The minced pork rice is way too sweet, and there was no flavor from any spices. The fish balls were ok, it all tasted like there was msg. We were very disappointed ud83dude1e

My friend and I came in here around 8 when there was virtually nobody there. After 5 minutes of waiting for the girl at the counter to do something on the computer and saying nothing she finally took our order and we moved aside to wait. 20+ minutes later we had no drinks and other people had come in, ordered and got their drinks before us. Had to go up to the counter and ask before they even started making it. Then three people came in who were clearly friends of the employees came in with Krispy Kreme and it appeared as though they were having a party instead of making drinks. There were at least three people who got the wrong drinks in the time we were there. We will never be coming back here and they weren’t even nice about it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
