Both the ladies were very nice and greeted me with a smile I'm pretty sure given they had masks they are very professional and my drink was delicious it was made to my specifications that i requested the lady that rang out my order I think her name was Angel she has great customer service skills like she wrote the book on it. I have been to some of the different locations in Portland an they could definitely learn from the way she treats people with her professionalism definitely go out of my way to this Starbucks for the great customer service great people and great coffee thank you for makeing my day better .

Made the wrong coffee and would not fix it. Adamant that they knew what they were doing and I did know what I was talking about. Sorry but a Carmel latte does NOT taste like pumpkin!

Crystalline is her namenI don’t typically write reviews. That being said, I was just sassed by an employee for being on my phone. This same employee let me stand at the front of the line for 5 solid real minutes before taking my order. Upon taking my order decided it was her job to correct my etiquette. “Being on your phone is so rude”nI didn’t come to Starbucks for sass. I came for a $7 dirty chai on top of which I left a $2 tip. In the end I got a sub par beverage with a side of sass.

So I’m only giving this place two stars because the coffee is good. But KAREN the lady that works there is so rude every single time! I even try and be nice and she’s just so mean! I almost stutter ordering my drink because she makes me feel like I shouldn’t even be a customer there like I’m bothering her!
