The Parking Spot - (PHL)

We like a lot hanging out. From the first time we visited here while we were hanging out, now its our one of favorite spots to visit once in a week at least, a good place to enjoy and have fun with friends and also have some good foods, the staff the atmosphere, and everything else was really great and makes us to feel much better and enjoy more than enough.nnTotally recommended

I always use The Parking Spot. The shuttle drivers and gate attendants are always helpful. On my most recent trip I overstayed my reservation, and I lost my exit ticket. I walked over to booth and spoke to attendant (Chuck). He was super helpful, manually opened the gate for me, and took the time to look up my ticket, and applied a discount to the total price. He went above and beyond in customer service. They are the best airport parking system in Philadelphia.

Promptly took me to airport and picked me up promptly. Nice and helpful drivers. Clean van. Easy and quick check in and check out by scanning QR code. I will definitely use again.

I'd like to give a big THANKS to Eric for going out of his way to handle a computer error with my reservation! When exiting the lot my initial scan was not showing and causing me to have a much higher parking fee than the reservation that I had pre-made, which I had on my phone. Eric took the time to go to the office and retrieve the reservation and make it right! This is the type of customer service that most places lack and Parking Spot is very fortunate to have Eric's commitment and work ethic to make his place of employment stand out above the rest!!

We arrived at the PHL airport and headed to the long term parking lot only to find it completely closed. The only parking that was available was short term and our vehicle is taller than the 6’2” clearance. Panic set in and we circled the airport twice trying to locate something that would work... We had used the parking spot in the past so I called. The employee who answered was amazing. She could hear the panic in my voice as our flight was an international one. She assured me she could take our vehicle and would be waiting with a shuttle to make sure we didn’t miss our flight... And she was. When we pulled up to the location, she was there, waiting exactly as she promised. She guided us directly to our spot and the shuttle pulled up right beside us. I wish I remembered her name. She was amazing and they did a great job with masks. We couldn’t be more grateful. We will use the parking spot from this point forward!
