In and like in less than 10 mins for pic and 1st time driver's license for a teenager

Even though there was a line , a Penndot employee was outside to spread things along so all in all I was in and out within 45 mns it was the BEST Penndot experience I've ever had !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

October 2020: Came in for license renewal. Wonderfully organized with clean, safety distanced seating inside. Very knowledgeable staff help with paperwork while waiting in line.nAlso, they now accept credit/debit cards!nThis is such a contrast to how it was a decade ago.nOverall, this could be the model for a streamlined system. Well... At least until things become completely online.

Long wait times, to be expected though. Waited an hour outside (dress warmly!). Overall about 1.5 hours. Staff was all very friendly at each step of the process and very helpful. Clean facility with lots of open room.
