Philadelphia Airport Economy Parking

Closed. Not a car in it. Had to make last second plans with 3rd party parking lot. PHL should've notified previously.

They would not pick me up in the parking lot! I watched four buses go by the stand without stopping - they were full. I called the number at the kiosk, they said sorry, you have to call the actual company (the airport subcontracts this service to a private company). I called, they said they were sorry and they were trying to get more buses. I was in danger of missing my flight, I ended up WALKING to the airport. Try one of the private parking establishments that has to actually worry about losing customers.

Absolutely abysmal on every level. TSA took an electronic out of a bag and didn't replace it. Had a verbal confirmation of this from a flight attendant and a TSA worker, called to pick up the item and was told it's not there. Called the information desk and the other lost and founds and was treated out right rudely from start to finish. Asking for help for anything from any of the staff is greated with piss poor attitude and honestly feel like lesser than dirt interacting with any of the staff there. I wish I could give 0 stars because this airport is a joke.

Always waiting no matter what. Pick another lot.nnLast time it was a mess. The blue lot had to pick up for the red lot driver for whatever reason after 25+min wait and a line of people on the curb. The only star this review gets is for the driver who went out of her way to help everyone get where they needed. I saw better management on ValueJet before they went out of business. The managers of this shuttle need to get there act together and make changes.

Good price. Need to make signs leading to the economy parking more visible. They are old and faded. You waste too much time if you've missed it and have to circle back around.
