Do not book a property through this company. Booked the Lampstand Lodge for a family weekend with people coming from out of town to attend. Inquired multiple times as to whether the property was available. Was assured that it was by Randy Carrier. Signed a rental agreement, mailed payment which they cashed and then 4 days before we are supposed to go I am contacted by Randy and told he double booked the property with the owners having it booked since October! Now of course there are no properties available anywhere on Mt Hood as it is 4 days prior to a busy winter weekend. As a property owner myself I would be appalled to know this is how a company I'm paying to manage my vacation rental handles themselves. Hopefully the owners find out. Unacceptable. Thanks for ruining our vacation and wasting our time and money. Perhaps you'll be a tad more attentive to detail in the future but probably not….
