We've used Mary Hanigan, principal at Uniglobe for several of our travel arrangements. If there was a 10 star rating, she and Uniglobe would get it. We were planning travel to the UK and Europe with 2 of our grandchildren and had boarding passes in hand when the US banned travel from both due to CV-19. The reserved hotel, and airline tickets were thought to be a write off $9,000. Mary worked relentlessly to get refunds IN FULL from the insurance company.nnWe were given excellent, knowledgeable information, bookings, changes, and cancellations, including working to get our funds back. Booked many trips with Uniglobe Lake O. They work very hard to make sure all the small details are taken care of. The are professional, friendly, and work in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

There were a couple mistakes made and their billing invoices were a little confusing for us (we were booking dozens of flights so the billing invoice format could have been a little more clear) but they worked hard and had quick responses to our requests. We did appreciate that they took care of the ESA paperwork for flights when other travel agencies won't.
