This place has the most unreasonable people I have ever dealt with over the phone. I've been hung up on by them while trying to help a friend resolve a ticket. He is on public assistance and lives two hours away. His license was stolen and the driver received a ticket in his name. Not only did this court refuse to understand that he has no means of transportation, but they also cannot comprehend that he has no funds to pay. They would not even offer a payment plan. When I called in to pay for him with a card, they would not allow me to do so. All in all, we probably have spoken to them at least five times - him, myself, and his social worker. Just another corrupt organization.

The prosecutor and judge were understanding to my cause and dropped the careless driving charge. No court fee.
