Parking at Smart Park was a positive experience! Once entering the lot a driver lead us to an open space-loaded our luggage- handed us a business card with the location of our vehicle and contact information for our return. Everything about my parking experience is 5 stars (if not more). Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. I felt very comfortable leaving my car and honestly didn't think about it while away on vacation. The shuttle service was great and very convenient. I will always use Smart Park for future travel. Open 24/7 with friendly, helpful and energetic staff. I park my care easily and by the time I am out of my car a van is there to take me to the airport - little to no waiting around. When I land it isn't long before I am in the van heading back to my car. Vans are new, clean and comfortable. The price to value is fantastic! Makes parking very easy and one less travel worry for me.

We have been parking in Smart Park for years! It is so easy to access from 95. The staff are so friendly , courteous and helpful. I always book my reservation online. This time when we arrived we were given a card containing the Smart Park phone number and the area we were parked in so we had their number right at our fingertips after picking up our luggage and knew exactly where our car was located on their secure lot. I tell everyone who is flying to use Smart Park.

This was my first time utilizing this service. I’m not a frequent flyer so everything about parking at the airport was new to me. I would highly recommend parking at this facility and I would use it again! Everything was perfect. When we arrived back home to Philadelphia by the time I made the call n the airport and got to zone 3 they were here waiting for us. And they drove us right up to our car. Perfect! Definitely use these folks again.
