Not helpful at all. Doing this 2020 crisis of the pandemic. You can't get any help. they say call and make appointment but they don't answer the phone. they act like it's the walking Dead outside won't even open the door to talk to you. Talking to you through a crack. Meanwhile people are suffering trying to find guidance while being unemployed because of this pandemic.

Everyone in the office has incredibly kind and helpful. There are tremendous resources to be taken advantage of!

It really is a shame that this particular CareerLink is associated with the one at DCCC because they are like night and day. I went into this office to attend a workshop as well as to take a proficiency test which I was told at the other location you can just walk in. When I informed them I was a walk in for the test they explained that their office only takes appts for the test (paperwork states otherwise) so after I made a little stink they allowed me to take the test. My 2 stars is not for this situation necessarily since they were accomodating and pleasant about it.nnMy two stars are because the workshop that I had was supposed to be a 2 hour workshop which was very interactive with many tasks that we needed to complete and the instructor COMPLETELY rushed the workshop. Started at 1:30 and she was basically pushing us out the door at 2:10! There was also a gentleman in the workshop that had a slight language barrier and the instructor was quite rude to him and I am sure embarrased him. Chester CareerLink you have very good services that you provide however you need to work on professionalism.nnSome of the staff there were very helpful and nice which is why I did not give a 1 star.
