Dont go here for passport applications or photos. Had an appointment and camera was not working. When a simple question is asked, the African American lady who works at the front gave me an attitude. She must really hates her job and/or she needs to get fired and do something else.
Do not go there for your passport because their camera will always be broken. The black lady at the counter is rude and she don't care if you are satisfied with her answer or not ..she needs to get fired so we can hire people who really needs a job ...
I just stopped working to go there because they said online they were other until 4, but they were closed at 1pm, and there was no sign on the door & i could not find a way to call them to see if they were on a lunch break. Because i could see them inside. If they take a lunch break, that information should be included with their business hours online, because im sure i am not the only person that it happened to.
Mail is never delivered right and sometimes they can be a little rude in there.
I am shocked by the reviews. My job moves me a lot and have lived in 25 different places all over the US in the past 20 years. I finally bought a house a two years ago and settled down in Ridley Park. I have NEVER had such incredible service. Our mailman is the best. I’ve been to the store four times and have been given excellent service. I have nothing but praises for our local post office. Because of them, My online business is thriving with happy customers. I sure hope the people that left terrible reviews left them after having SEVERAL bad experiences and not just after one or two encounter because let’s face it, how many times does an average person go to the post office nowadays? Everyone have bad days...My mailman is so dedicated at his job that he drives around AFTER he finishes his round in case someone left an outgoing package AFTER he already passed by the house. It doesn’t matter what the weather is - our mail gets picked up and delivered on time.
