I went in for a localized cryo and compression therapy. the service is top notch and the employees really know their stuff.... the treatments really help with my shoulder pain and I will continue to use these services. If you have never tried a local you should, it is great. Whole body is even better....
I absolutely LOVE this place! I've been coming here for a long time and every single time I come in, everyone is awesome. The place is clean and the services they offer are great! Prices are reasonable and I hardly ever had to wait for a bed ..... 5 min tops. Keep up the great work and excellent customer services you guys!!
I LOVE, going to Lux Tan and Cryotherapy. I’m a 2x bodybuilding world champion and after injuring my back in March, I was looking for a solution to get back into competition quickly. Lux Tan and Cryotherapy offered me that solution. I do cryotherapy 3 to 4 times a week prior to my workout for energy, weight loss, fat burning and back pain relief. I do it after my workout for improving my mood and to reduce anxiety. It helps with muscle healing as well as reducing inflammation. They also offer compression therapy which I do as well. This treatment helps increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, reduces pain! It can also help speed up recovery from injuries and increase flexibility. I used this powerful combination of treatments to get back to my injury-free self! They make it easy to get started because you can try any treatment just $10 for the first time and if you like it, they offer package pricing. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
I’ve been doing T-Shock treatments with Sam at the Lake Oswego location for several months now....she is the best! I love the spa feel of the location and how clean the treatment room is. I have lost several inches and my loose skin is forming up. I highly recommend going to Sam for treatments.
