Milmont Fire Co Hall

We just hosted my baby shower here and it was a great experience. Jennifer is the new coordinator and was great to work with! She worked with us on how to properly and safely host the shower through all this craziness. She was accessible to answer any questions we had throughout our planning. We were let in promptly to decorate the day of. As for the venue, it’s large, updated, and clean. The kitchen was great for heating up food and has giant fridges. Plenty of tables for food, desserts, and seating. We highly recommend this venue and enjoyed working with Jennifer, and if we’re in the area for baby’s first birthday, we’ll be having it here too!

This was the most awful experience I have ever had dealing with a venue. The woman Betsy who runs it was rude, unprofessional, and nasty. She was rude to my vendors and unreliable. She didn’t show up for meetings, she promised me things and never delivered, and she bartender on the night of my wedding and was so rude to my venders, wedding planner, and guests that I was beside myself. All my guests we asking why she was so mean. To top it off she gladly took their tips after being so terrible. Not to mention her and the other bartender felt like it was appropriate to participate in my wedding and took home one of the wreaths. She turned my wedding into one of the worst experiences instead of one of my best. I would never recommend this place as long as she is involved. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone I was doing business with ever in my life. Apparently she has not common decency. It’s a shame because the hall is beautifully done.
