Philadelphia Airport Terminal A

This is the worst shuttle service on the planet. I’m done using this airport until they fire this company and replace them with people that are considerate. I’m too old to be running through terminals because their drivers have no respect for travelers time. The driver drove right past my gate which he was stopped at, and forced me to run back to my gate. I barely made it to my plane. No more PHL for me

It was really a great experience when I was hovering above the city for the first time. Till these days I used to land in Atlantic but for the time I came this way. I was all together amazed with the kind of people I encountered. Everyone were helpful and were cordial to me. Immigration was really fast and no time i did spend in the queue. I could see people from all parts of the world checking in here.

I went to Philly Airport for first time. Had a great experience. The security was a breeze and I got to my gate in literally 5 min. Clean environment and parking was a breeze also. I definitely will be using philly airport again.

This is a very easy to navigate airport. The only downside is the current lack of lounges.

Workers are rude every time I fly here, which is a lot. This time they even went so far as to force me to check a bag, and pay for it, even though it qualifies in the baggage standards. I don't know if they get commission or what but they really abuse power in the terminal C/B security and check-in area. Go Newark instead. And if you must fly here, enter at a non-American Airlines terminal.
